36条(36協定)、37条(割増賃金)の改正部分をしっかり解説してます。講義時間がたっぷりあるので、あせることなく話できて、ええわ～。

目的０、業務上の疾病１、通勤の定義１、逸脱・中断（４）、一時金の給付基礎日額１、療養補償給付４、休業補償給付４、傷病補償年金５、介護補償給付３、遺族補償年金０、遺族補償一時金０、一部負担金０、二次健康診断等給付２、年金の支給期間と支払期月０、死亡の推定０、支給制限０、保険給付の一時差止め０、第三者行為災害０、社会復帰促進等事業０、一般の特別支給金０、保険給付と特別支給金の相違点０、中小事業主の特別加入０、保険給付に関する審査請求等（１）
出題率：21/35＝56.0％
的中率：10/23＝43.5％
障害補償年金をはずしたこと、遺族の給付が出なかったこと、保険給付以外の出題が例年になく少なかったことが敗因です。５肢1点分（障害）のところは当てないとねえ...。
「選択式」は、またまた5点分的中でした！
