大寒波と大雪で大変そうやねえ～、雪国の皆さん、だいじょうぶ？

大学入試センター試験も今日が2日目。娘を2日間とも無事に送り出せた。デキの良し悪しは本人次第やから、まあ、とりあえず、親の責任は果たせたかな。が、しかし、受験は2月下旬の2次試験（決まらなければ3月中旬まで）続くしなあ～、これからが本番。

さて、今日は、こんなメールがありました。個別メールでの質問や指摘は、情報共有のため公開しています。

件名：テキスト修正ありではないでしょうか？

徴収法のテキストで「概算保険料の申告」の部分ですが、年金事務所を経由出来る場合があるかと思います。
訂正がされていないのでどうなんでしょうか？

学習されている方が既に知っているならばいいのですが、初学習者は、先生のテキストを信用していますので、修正に関する情報がないとしたら不安が募る一方です。

今年から日本年金機構が発足されたので、関係省令において改正がかなりあると思います。
ご多忙な中、申し訳ございませんが、正確な情報をお願いします。

ご指摘の件、お答えしますね。

まず、正確に申しますと、そうした類いのものは、「修正」ではなく、「改正」といいますね。

そして、「改正」点は、テキストを作成する時点において「確認」できるものでなければ掲載することができません。大手予備校のテキストにも、まだ、「年金事務所」は記載がなく、また、条文でも確認することができなかったため、記載していないのです。

当然、実務上は「年金事務所」が含まれるのかもしれませんが、試験対策はそれ以上に慎重に進めなければなりません。

徴収法どころか、年金法のテキストでさえ、「年金事務所」の記載は慎重に取り扱っているのですよ。

テキストを購入していただいている場合は、そうした点はとりまとめて「改正情報」としてお届けするつもりですし、ＨＰのみ利用の方についても、そうした情報は公開するべきと考えています。ただ、今は、「まだ、その時期ではない」だけです。

なお、私への「質問」は、ＢＢＳのトピックか事務局が管理する公式アドレスへお願いしています。個人間のトラブルになる恐れがあるからです。そして、個別メールでのご質問はブログ等に公開することを前提としてお受けする旨ご承知のことと思います。
