今日から「応用答練」が開講します。

公式ＢＢＳに「答練」のコンセプトに関する質問がきましたので、こちらにも同時に掲載します。

ぼくのほうからは、答練のコンセプトをお答えしておきます。
まあ、ただ、これもたれすさんご指摘のとおり、問題そのものの論点は、どうしても過去問と似てきます。ムリにひねったところで本試験とかけ離れた論点や、出そうにもない施行規則など使っても意味がないからねえ～。
大切なのは、どこを問題として解いてもらうのか！そして復習させるのか！です。

このコンセプトのもと、
「基礎答練」では、今年出る、出ないの「予想」は置いといて、とにかく過去に頻繁に問われている箇所を中心にやってもらいました。したがって、改正部分は比較的少なめ（過去の頻出箇所が改正されている場合は使った）。
まあ、大きく外れることはありませんし、確実に復習しておくべきところですね。まあ、出て当たり前！みたいなところ。

「応用答練」では、今年出そうな「予想」箇所であって、しかも、過去（頻出とは言えないまでも）使われたところ、つまり、「今年再び使われそうなところ」を中心に作ってあります。加えて、改正部分ですね。ここには出題実績はありませんが、「改正、即出題」となりそうな箇所を予想して作問しました。
当然、過去に出題されてきた論点を参考にしていますから、本試験とかけ離れた問題にはなっていません。

「基礎」は簡単、「応用」は難しい・・・という、一般的な予備校のコンセプトとは異なっていると思います。
ただ、「応用答練」は頻出箇所でない分、あまり問題として触れたことのない箇所であると、難しいと「感じる」ことはあるかもねえ～。
